To design an intuitive and secure medical patient enrollment platform that simplifies the registration process, empowers patients to manage their health information, and fosters efficient communication between patients and medical staff. Through thoughtful UX and UI design, this project aims to improve patient care, reduce administrative burden, and ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.
My Contributions
I focused on creating a platform that is both efficient and accessible. I began by collaborating with the UX researcher to identify the main paint points and areas of concern. I designed intuitive registration flows that make it easy for patients to input and manage their medical information, ensuring the process is simple, quick, and secure.
I also designed a two-way messaging portal that allows seamless communication between patients and medical staff. This feature enables real-time messaging, appointment reminders, and follow-up care instructions, improving patient engagement and care coordination. On the UI side, I developed a clean, professional design that ensures clarity and ease of use, with a focus on accessibility and HIPAA compliance. My work provided a robust, user-centered prototype aimed at improving the efficiency and experience of both patients and healthcare providers.
